Have experience coordinating and supervising the setup of an exhibition, in this case, the Day of the Dead altar
Have excellent organizational skills before and during an event
Ability to handle multiple activities at once under pressure
Guide different groups of people during the event
Have good interpersonal skills, preferably be bilingual (English-Spanish)
Serve as a point of communication with the Día de Muertos Committee as needed
Direct individuals in specific tasks for each activity
Support and guide participants in the activities
Coordinate the volunteer schedule with the volunteer coordinator during both days of the event
